Ihsanuddin Usman has been appointed as a Chief Commissioner of PT Patra Jasa since 31st August 2018. Besides being Chief Commissioner, he still works as the Senior Vice President of Human Capital Development of PT Pertamina (Persero) since October 2017.
He is experience in helping business and public organizations thrive and develop. He is also a certified Workplace Assessor from Australian Institute of Management in Perth. Moreover, he has professional certification in Human Resources such as GPHR, Global Professional in Human Resources, HRCI, Virginia, USA, 2012 and HRMP, HR Management Professional, HRCI, Virginia, USA, 2013
He started his career in PT Pertamina (Persero) in 2009. Before, he worked in several private companies; from being consultant in the Netherlands to Director in PT. Prima Kompetensi. He has been concentrated in Human Resources since he joined in PT Pertamina (Persero). He was a Recruiter Manager (2009-2010) in the first place, then Manager Leadership & People Development – Center of Expertise (2010-2014). He continued his career as Vice President Pertamina Corporate University (2014-2017) and Vice President Human Resource & GA at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (2017).
Ihsanuddin finished his bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy Studies, Faculty of Mining and Petroleum Engineering, ITB in 1994 and continued his master in Innovation, Technology Management & Entrepreneurship TSM Business School, Twente University, Netherlands in 2000
Hermawan has been appointed as a Commissioner of Patra Jasa since 2nd August 2017. Previously, he held a position as VP Asset Operations of Pertamina since August 9, 2016
His career journey included taking charge as VP Asset Strategy, Investment & Divestment, a position he held for two years. He joined Pertamina in 1992, and has held diverse positions, including General Support Manager and Assistant Manager Technical Support
Hermawan earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1988 from ITB, Bandung, and got his graduate degree in Economics in 2014 from Universitas Indonesia, Depok
Nizar Suhendra has been a Commissioner of PT Patra Jasa since September 28, 2015
His career portfolio includes working at esteemed organizations, such as PT Indika Energy Tbk and The Indonesian Society for Transparency
Nizar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia and a Master in Public Policy from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore
Emir Kresna Wardana
Emir Kresna Wardana has been assigned as commissioner of PT Patra Jasa since 31st August 2018. Until today, he still serves as Special Staff I Secretariat of the Cabinet of Republic of Indonesia since 2015.
Emir has been served with the government since 2012. He started from serving as an Expert Staff for Vice Head DPR RI Coordinator for Industry and Development (Korinbang) in 2012, then he served as Expert Staff in Commission I DPR RI in 2014.
Along his career, he was being assigned as Indonesia delegate in many conferences. He joined 31th ASEAN Summit in Manila, Philippine on November 2017, 29th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) di Da Nang, Vietnam on November 2017, 12th G20 Summit di Hamburg, Germany on July 2017, 30th ASEAN Summit in Manila, Philippine on April 2017.
He finished his bachelor’s degree In Informatics Engineering, Sekolah Tinggi Informatika & Komuter Indonesia, Malang in 2004 and continued his master’s in communication, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara in 2017
