As a basic principle, the implementation of GCG helps us to realize the values we believe in, improve our operating system, and maintain excellence in service quality in our day-to-day business.

Whistleblowing System

Whistleblowing System (WBS) facilitates any stakeholders to make report on indication of violating acts against the corporate policy and applying regulation taking place in the Company. Pertamina’s WBS is accessible for everyone including the public, by which they can report any violating acts through several channels, namely:

The Company will treat every report confidential, anonymous, and independently. An independent consultant is assigned to analyze and investigate any incoming reports to get more detailed information to the whistleblower. The consultant then submits the results to Pertamina to be followed up according the internal policy of the Company. Mechanism of handling all WBS reports refers to the 5th Revision of Whistleblowing System Organization Manual No. B-001/M00000/2018-S0 that has been effective as of April 2nd, 2018. Mechanism of WBS management refers to the 5th Revision of Guideline of Whistleblowing System Organization No. B-001/M00000/2018-S0 effective as of April 2nd, 2018. GCG Implementation

Pedoman Tata Kelola Perusahaan ini disusun sebagai acuan dalam mengelola PT Patra Jasa berdasarkan prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang menjadi kaidah dan pedoman bagi pengurus Perusahaan dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip GCG  (Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency dan Fairness) diperlukan agar Perusahaan dapat bertahan dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat. GCG diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana untuk mencapai visi dan misi Perusahaan. Pedoman Tata Kelola Perusahaan ini mengatur struktur badan tata kelola perusahaan (RUPS, Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris), proses tata kelola perusahaan, organ pendukung badan tata kelola perusahaan serta proses tata kelola Perusahaan.
