A total of 49 companies including BUMN, BUMN and Private Subsidiaries participated in the “Indonesia Property & Bank Award 2020” event. Selection is carried out through performance assessments and achievements of each company. Where this year, Patra Jasa received an award in the category of Developer, Housing and Independent City as The Best State Property Company in Business Development.

The awarding of the Indonesia Property & Bank Award 2020 is an annual event organized by Property & Bank Magazine in collaboration with the Alliance of Property and Financial Journalists (AJPK). This year, the Indonesia Property & Bank Award is the 15th awarding event which was held with a different atmosphere. Guests and participants who attended this event were divided into 2, namely those who attended the TVRI Auditorium and those who attended virtually. This is done considering the current pandemic situation.

The award was given to PT Patra Jasa on Friday, November 20, 2020. Patra Jasa is considered to be able to see opportunities and innovations developed in property development. Like the projects that have been and are being developed by Patra Jasa, namely the RSPJ Modular Hospital located at the Patra Jakarta location as one of the Covid-19 referral hospitals, the Covid-19 Extension RSPP which was built within 30 days with HEPA Filter facilities that are safe for the environment. , Grha Pertamina Office Building located on Jl. Medan Merdeka Timur which is equipped with a HEPA Filter and Patra Dumai and Patra Malioboro Hotels which are equipped with an air purifier. This is a form of innovation and support carried out by Patra Jasa to assist the government in tackling and preventing the spread of Covid-19.
