Before Ramadhan ends, the synergy of Pertamina Group was being initiated, this time by PT Patra Jasa and PT Pelita Air Service. The two companies signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Business Synergy on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at The Patra Bali Resort & Villas, with the inaugural Pelita Air Service Scheduled Flight to Bali.

Synergy between the two of Pertamina’s subsidiaries is a collaboration that aims to support each other in utilizing the products and services between Patra Jasa and Pelita Air Service. Not only that, but this signing also intended to strengthen the synergy of Pertamina Group in supporting Indonesian tourism. This collaboration is expected to provide benefits to all Indonesian citizen in general.

The signing of the MOU was represented by Director of Business Development, Evalina Sitepu, and Director of Finance & General Affairs of PT Pelita Air Service, M. Shabran Fauzani, and witnessed by representatives of PT Pertamina (Persero), Edy Karyanto, SVP Upstream Portfolio Co Business Development & Portfolio.

“I hope through this  synergy of Pertamina Group will bring fresh air and contribute to the tourism sector in Indonesia,” said Evalina. “This collaboration is an effort in utilization of the products and services of each company, as well as the synergy carried out by affiliated companies/subsidiaries. In addition, it is also planned to develop a joint network for superior services and products of Patra Jasa and Pelita Air Service.”
